Elvish Yadav claims this influencer was behind the arrangement of snakes

On November 3, the Noida Police initiated legal proceedings against Elvish Yadav, the winner of Bigg Boss OTT and a prominent social media influencer. This action, which included the arrest of five other individuals, was in connection with their purported involvement in the utilisation of snake venom during rave parties. Despite the allegations, Yadav has vehemently denied any wrongdoing and expressed his willingness to cooperate with the police in their investigation.

Bollywood Singer is Involved??

In a recent development in the Noida rave party case involving Elvish Yadav, a crucial disclosure has emerged. The Noida Police disclosed that the renowned YouTuber, Elvish has admitted during questioning that the snakes were arranged by Bollywood singer Fazilpuria. According to sources within the Noida Police, when asked about the viral video associated with the Noida rave party, Elvish informed the authorities that Fazilpuria had organised the snakes for his video shoot.

In an exclusive interview with Zee News, the singer refuted any connection to the rave party case and clarified that the snakes were arranged solely for a video shoot. While acknowledging familiarity with Elvish Yadav, he strongly denied the accusations of providing endangered snakes for the Noida rave party. The incident gained attention after certain users posted a video of the same set on social media.

Elvish Yadav on Remand

Elvish Yadav underwent an extensive interrogation lasting nearly three hours on Wednesday, during which he responded to approximately thirty questions. Some of his answers proved to be vital information for the police. According to police sources, Elvish handled the initial straightforward questions with ease but became evasive when addressing more serious issues. As a result he will be called in again for further questioning.

In the course of his interrogation, Elvish Yadav asserted, “I am innocent and unjustly accused in this case.” Yadav also presented himself before the Noida police on Tuesday night in relation to the case. Confirming this, Noida Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Harish Chander stated, “Elvish Yadav, a YouTuber and Bigg Boss winner, appeared before the Noida police late at night in connection with the snake venom case. Police will summon him again.”

As per the news agency ANI, Elvish Yadav along with five others has been implicated in the case, leading to the transfer of the case from Noida’s Sector 49 police station to Sector 20 police station. This transfer was ordered by Gautam Buddha Nagar Police Commissioner Lakshmi Singh. Commenting on the situation, Uttar Pradesh Environment Minister Arun Saxena remarked, “The law will follow its course, and no celebrity is exempt from the law.”

On Sunday, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar stated that he holds no sway over the case proceedings and underscored that the police would act if Elvish is proven guilty.

Is Elvish Yadav Innocent??

In a personalised YouTube video on November 4, Elvish refuted the charges against him, stating that he is prepared to surrender if found implicated in the matter. He emphasised that the snakes around his neck, as mentioned in the FIR filed by Maneka Gandhi’s NGO (People for Animals), were part of a song shoot and nothing more. Elvish asserted his commitment to preserving his and his family’s reputation, expressing a willingness to surrender if even one percent involved in the case, regardless of the potential punishment.
