On 15 June 2020, nearly 20,000 devotees gathered at the Kauleshwari Devi Temple on the hills in Hunterganj block of Chatra district, over 170km north of Jharkhand capital Ranchi. They nicely violated lockdown provisions and had no concern for masks and social distancing norms.
