He is the leader of India’s 16th largest party in terms of seats in the Parliament, an advocate for free enterprise, and a self-proclaimed nationalist. When he took office, Indians were feeling hopeless after years of corruption scandals and sluggish economic growth. His emphasis on personal responsibility over paternalism garnered great support from millions who feel that they have been long suffering under government bureaucracy. For example, he created Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, or Clean India Mission, encouraging citizens to use dustpans to clean their front porches instead of clogging up sewage systems with dirty water from foot baths.

After this, he went on to lead a socio-political organization known as Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) for about twelve years until he joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in 1985. Tennis legend Roger Federer has cemented his legacy as one of the greatest sportsmen to ever live in the minds of fans and commentators alike. His versatility on the court, coupled with his ability to consistently evolve and adapt his playing style. This has made him one of the most successful tennis players of all time—and one of the wealthiest, too. With an estimated net worth of $550 million! So what are some reasons Roger Federer is considered the greatest tennis player in history? Let’s take a look at 10 of them.

Reasons Why Roger Federer Is The Greatest Tennis Player Of All Time

1) Roger Federer Doesn’t Quit

No matter what challenges come to him, he always keeps fighting. Whether he’s injured or down in a match, he just doesn’t give up and you can count on his never-say-die attitude to carry him through. His tenacity and never-ending will to win not only make him stand out among the greats of all time but also allows his genius to flourish.

2) He Trains Really Hard

When I watch Federer play, he seems so different than other players. He’s always moving, sprinting back and forth across the court. One of his strengths is his uncanny ability to anticipate where his opponent will place a shot. His intense desire to be the best has always been at the forefront of who he is as a player and person.

3) Roger Federer’s Determination Drives Him To Practice

Roger Federer Training More Than Anyone

The ultimate key to success in any endeavor is not talent, it has a strong work ethic. And few people have shown as much dedication to their craft as tennis superstar Roger Federer. The Swiss-born champion can still remember being four years old and catching tennis balls with a racket given to him by his parents. He was so eager that he practiced for hours after school, often missing dinner with his family.

4) He Has Exceptional Footwork

This might be the most important skill in tennis, as every movement on the court is rooted in footwork. Think of it this way: you could have a great serve and heavy topspin on your backhand, but if you can’t adjust quickly when the ball is coming at you from a different angle, then you’re not going to win many points. As one of tennis’ most experienced players, he has mastered more positions than any other pro.

5) Roger Federer’s Tennis Technique Is Perfect In Every Way

Roger Federer is one of those rare few who have complete control over their body and every movement they make. His tennis technique is perfect in every way- he moves smoothly across the court, his technique with volleys, half volleys, and topspin shots is flawless, his serve is one of the most powerful in tennis history, and he never seems to be too tired after long rallies.

6) His Stamina Is Exceptional

Some people think Fed’s career is fading because he doesn’t go all out on every point like he used to. But they don’t see how much better he is at converting his opportunities because of that. He has enough energy to spend entire games running around and creating shots while opponents wear themselves out trying to chase him down. And then they crumple as soon as they finally get back into position.

7) Roger Federer Can Play Multiple Different Styles Of Tennis

Roger Federer can play several different tennis styles, giving him an edge against other opponents. Unlike other players who have limitations of one style, if he faces a tough opponent in one match, he can easily switch up his game plan and rely on another one of his strengths.

8) His Talent Pool Is Deep

His talent pool is deep; he’s won championships on clay, grass, and hard courts. And he’s more than just a talented player – he has finesse, charisma, and good looks that set him apart from his competition.

Roger Federer said One thing I realized right away is that this is my life, it’s my job and I just need to learn to love it. In a world where people are talented in many areas and pick whichever one will get them their desired money or fame, Roger has remained committed to his one true passion, tennis. He loves the game more than anyone else does and this commitment has been key in making him not only great but also the greatest player of all time.

There are a number of attributes that make Federer one of the best tennis players to ever live. His forehand has crushed everything in its path for the last 20 years, and he’s one of the greatest thinkers in all of sports.

It is impossible to know if Roger Federer will end up being the greatest tennis player of all time, but his list of accomplishments already makes him a worthy candidate. One thing’s for sure: we’ll never forget watching this tennis legend in action.

5 Reasons Why Game Of Thrones Is the Best Show On Television

0

Game of Thrones comes to an end this Sunday, and like most fans, I’m devastated by the thought of saying goodbye to Westeros and its inhabitants forever. But it’s not all sorrow; in fact, I have five great reasons why Game of Thrones is the best show on television. If you haven’t watched it yet, consider this your spoiler warning, and be sure to watch before reading on! Here are five reasons why Game of Thrones is the best show on television.

Why Game Of Thrones Is The Best Show On Television

1) The Casting In Game Of Thrones

Cast - Game of Thrones

As if there were any questions, Game of Thrones has one of the best casts on television. Whether it be behind-the-scenes like our favorite director Neil Marshall, or front and center like Tyrion Lannister played by Peter Dinklage (the heartthrob!), HBO has made a point to assemble only top-tier talent. In addition to an incredible cast, though, they have also assembled an impressive list of directors who just add another layer to this exceptional series.

2) The Cinematography

Best Cinematic Shots And Cinematography Work In Game Of Thrones Series

This show is nothing short of captivating. While the dialogue might be subpar and there’s too much unnecessary sex, it’s difficult to complain when you can’t turn away from the screen. It is absolutely beautiful to watch. The cinematography captures everything you could hope for in a medieval show, from snow-covered peaks to sandy deserts; from ominous forests to vast green fields ripe with warriors who will clash and die. Even if it weren’t for this show I would have a deep appreciation for cinematography thanks to my favorite movie Skyfall directed by Sam Mendes.

3) The Action Scenes In Game Of Thrones

Action Sces in Game of Thrones

Ned Stark’s death, Jon Snow’s death, The Hound’s Death, Tyrion Lannister’s trial by combat, and the defeat of Gregor Clegane. Every episode is brutal in its own way. Watching these events unfold on screen are moments that define television itself. From Ned Stark losing his head to Bronn defeating The Mountain to Drogon breathing fire onto the army at King’s Landing. There isn’t a scene more heart-pounding than watching them all happen.

4) Everyone Is A Targaryen (Or At Least They Think They Are)

Targaryen in Game of Thrones

With every episode and season, Game of Thrones continues to please, frustrate, and enrage with new plot twists. The show is so popular because it offers characters that are so well-developed that viewers have a personal connection to them. It’s difficult not to fall in love with Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen, especially when they’re played by Kit Harington and Emilia Clarke respectively. Not only does this fantasy show offer incredible drama (just look at Cersei Lannister), but it also gives us spectacular visuals (Dany flying her dragon into battle). It seems like there’s no end in sight for this hit HBO series—which is what we want!

5) Good Luck Figuring Out Who Will Sit On The Iron Throne

Iron Throne Game of Thrones -

The ultimate question on every Game of Thrones fan’s mind is who will win the game. Also, who will sit on the Iron Throne, only time will tell. Some think it will be Jon Snow or Daenerys Targaryen, others think it could be Cersei Lannister, but no one knows for sure who will claim victory in this epic saga. Here are some guesses:

Robert Baratheon was in control at first because he had a lot of resources to get him where he wanted to go. He won the tournament at Harrenhal and beat Rhaegar at Storm’s End. Unfortunately, his brother killed him with an arrow when Robert looked over Joffrey’s future queen during Robert’s coronation ceremony.

Whether you’re a fan or not, there’s no denying that Game of Thrones is one heck of a TV show. With so many different storylines, it’s almost impossible to find a character you don’t like. With complex storylines and interesting characters, it’s always hard to predict what will happen next.

5 Reasons The Harry Potter Movies Are Still Worth Watching

0

After you’ve read the Harry Potter books more times than you can count, what’s left to do? Watch the movies of course! The first film came out in 2001 and was largely based on J.K Rowling’s first book, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. Since then, Warner Bros has released eight films about the wizarding world, each one bringing back fond memories of potions class and Quidditch matches.

While there are certain aspects of the Harry Potter movies that seem outdated and cliche. There are also aspects that are still very enjoyable to watch today. Including these five reasons why Harry Potter movies are still worth watching years after their release.

Reasons Why Harry Potter Movies Are Still Worth Watching:

1) Great Characters – Harry Potter

Harry Potter Movies

One of the most iconic aspects of the book series is its cast of compelling characters. Harry has so many flaws that make him a flawed hero, and he does not embody what you think is traditionally heroic in any way. It’s refreshing to see a protagonist who is not only flawed but not perfect. When I was growing up, my friends and I loved to pretend we were Hermione or Ron when playing pretend (or other games). They were always our favorite ones to be!

2) Interesting Plots

Harry Potter Movies

Even though the franchise has officially come to an end, it is worth watching the movies over and over again. I challenge you to watch them one more time and notice how many more details you pick up!

There are so many details that help to tell a wonderful story. Some of my favorite plot points happen right before something bad happens. Like when all of Ron’s brothers stop talking in Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows – Part 1. Just before they are going to get on a dragon. Even though you know they don’t have time for chit-chat, it still makes me smile! There are also funny jokes that come up throughout all of them—like Hermione trying to talk to her cat in French or Hermione drinking butterbeer. Plus, some parts are pretty action-packed!

3) Interesting Locations – Harry Potter

Harry Potter Movies

Sitting at the top of the list is without a doubt, Hogwarts. The castle is a character all its own, each nook and cranny having an important role in the epic story that unfolds. One of my favorite parts of visiting Hogwarts is sitting on the steps leading up to it as I watch students passing by on their way to classes. Or vice versa with some passing out from being over-exhausted. It’s a perfect place for me to sit and reflect on all that I’ve seen so far in my life. To imagine what I want my future adventures to be like. What was your favorite scene in any movie? Let us know!

4) Excellent Soundtracks

Harry Potter Movies Amazing Soundtrack

One of the things that set the first film apart from others in its genre was its use of classical music to create an atmosphere. The score to The Sorcerer’s Stone combines orchestral instruments with some of John Williams‘ most memorable works. Including Hedwig’s Theme and The Mirror Montage.

You can still buy the soundtrack today, though it isn’t available digitally. Started as a children’s book: J.K Rowling published her novel for children as a story about a boy who went to the wizarding school when she needed something for her daughter on an airplane ride. She didn’t think anyone would read it because there were so many fantasy books out at the time, but instead, people all over the world loved it.

5) Amazing Special Effects – Harry Potter

Harry Potter Special Effects

As much as we love the creativity of J.K. Rowling. There’s no denying that the harry potter movie franchise has come a long way in terms of filmmaking and special effects. With over eight movies, as well as countless video games, you can explore Hogwarts and interact with its surroundings in more ways than ever before.

It also doesn’t hurt that the stories are timeless classics. As any fan will tell you, it takes time to read the books so if you want to see what happens next but don’t have time to read all 7 books, just watch the movie and enjoy the special effects!

They’re iconic, they’re inspiring, and they have all the makings of a classic. For those reasons, I believe that Harry Potter is still worth watching—if not now, then later. Plus there’s nothing better than re-watching them with friends or family to get everyone in the mood for upcoming festivities!

This question may seem like a no-brainer, but it’s actually not that easy to answer. Part of what defines a good horror movie is simply whether or not you can make it through watching it. Another thing that might give one movie an edge over another is how relatable the characters are; being able to see yourself in one of them makes watching a lot easier and more believable.

The movie is 123 minutes long. It is about a couple whose relationship changes when uninvited guests arrive at their home, disrupting their tranquil existence. They soon come to realize that nothing is what it seems in this dark psychological thriller.

A Quiet Place Part II (2021) – Best Horror Movies

A Quiet Place Part II is not as innovative or creative as its predecessor but still manages to deliver a suspenseful thrill ride. It’s a relatively simple concept executed really well. There is plenty of tension, jump scares, and atmospheric terror that will keep you entertained. The ending leaves us with more questions than answers which might frustrate some. But it’s also worth mentioning that Part I had this same issue and ended up being infinitely more satisfying because of it.

Fright Night (2011) – Movies On Amazon Prime

This movie has a classic horror premise. Charley is being introduced to the audience, an awkward teenage boy who gets a new neighbor in Jerry, who invites him over for dinner and tries to become friends with him. Little does he know that Jerry and his stepdaughter Amy are both vampires, who seduce men and women in order to feed off of them.

28 Days Later (2002) – Best Horror Movies

Recently it’s been getting colder, so I decided it was time to put on a horror movie. And since I couldn’t decide which one I wanted, I clicked to see all and watched a variety of short clips from each horror movie. 28 Days Later came up and looked really good, but like all horror movies it had an opening scene that made me think twice about watching.

Sinister (2012) – Movies On Amazon Prime

Best Horror Movies

Watching a horror movie has become a kind of pre-Halloween tradition for many people. If you’re not feeling up for blood and gore then there are plenty of other films out there. One such option is Sinister, starring Ethan Hawke. The film is set in rural Ohio and follows a family who has moved in with their daughter after she becomes traumatized following an abduction.

For those who are looking for the best horror movies to watch but can’t decide, try one of these. The movies are suspenseful, and spine-chilling, and will keep you entertained from beginning to end.

Headaches are pain felt in the head, neck, or upper back. They can be caused by a variety of reasons and manifest as different types. Tension headaches, cluster headaches, migraines, side effects from prescription medication, and rebound headaches, are some types. Many times people try to ignore the feeling or take an over-the-counter medication when they’re getting a headache because they aren’t sure what it is, but this won’t actually do anything to ease the pain. In fact, it may just mask the symptoms temporarily and make them worse later on when the drug wears off.

  • Cluster Headaches – Types Of Headache

If you’ve never experienced these types of headache before, cluster headaches may come across as intense migraines. There are two types of cluster headaches- episodic and chronic. Episodic cluster headaches only happen once a year while chronic headaches happen more than twelve times per year. Chronic cluster headaches usually have an accompanying atypical facial pain or other symptoms, but most people experience relief during the headache and for a few hours afterward.

  • FMS (Fibromyalgia) Headaches

To start with, FMS headaches have many of the same symptoms as migraine headaches. Typical FMS headaches are characterized by tender points in the neck and shoulders and pain is often present on one side of the head. A throbbing sensation is also common when a person suffers from FMS. It’s not uncommon for someone to experience nausea, light sensitivity, sound sensitivity, vertigo, and tingling sensations when they’re dealing with an FMS headache. It should be noted that people who don’t suffer from chronic migraine can still experience symptoms that mirror those of an FMS headache.

When your head hurts after a long day at work when you’ve been staring at the computer for hours on end. When you are in the midst of studying for an exam, it could be caused by something as simple as muscle tension. The head pain may stem from clenching your jaw muscles too tightly and can make your headache feel worse if you don’t relax them. Here are some tips to help relieve this type of headache:

– Take a five-minute break and massage your temples, forehead, and neck to release tension.
– Avoid sitting up straight in an effort to avoid headaches.
– Stretching is often helpful in releasing tense muscles in the neck.

  • Tension-type Headaches

The most common type of headache is tension-type headache. It may not be serious and could go away without treatment. However, it can also be a sign of something more serious like high blood pressure or kidney problems. If your headaches become progressively worse and last for an extended period of time, see your doctor immediately. They might give you medication to treat the cause of the pain and then monitor you closely.

Cluster headaches: Cluster headaches are very intense and typically only occur on one side of the head, either near the eye or temple. You may experience nausea, a dry mouth, dilated pupils, and redness in the eye on that side of the head. You may also experience vomiting if they’re not treated quickly enough. For this reason, they are sometimes called suicide headaches because they can cause people to do anything to stop them from happening again.
