Following the filing of the lawsuit, Vin Diesel’s attorney swiftly rejected the accusations, emphasizing, “Let me be very clear Vin Diesel categorically denies this claim in its entirety. This is the first he has ever heard about this more than 13-year-old claim made by a purportedly nine-day employee. There is clear evidence which completely refutes these outlandish allegations.”
Lawsuit against Vin Diesel
As per legal documents, Vin Diesel, known for his role as Groot in the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise, faces accusations of forcibly pulling Asta Jonasson onto a bed in his Atlanta hotel suite. The documents, acquired by Vanity Fair, assert that Diesel grabbed Jonasson’s wrists, groped her breasts, and kissed her chest, all despite her pleas for him to stop. The incident is claimed to have taken place after Diesel entertained nightclub hostesses he had invited back, with Jonasson asked to wait for the actor during the gathering.
The lawsuit further alleges that shortly after the purported incident, Samantha Vincent, Diesel’s sister and president of his entertainment company One Race, contacted Jonasson to terminate her employment.
The lawsuits says, “It was clear to her that she was being fired because she was no longer useful – Vin Diesel had used her to fulfill his sexual desires and she had resisted his sexual assaults.”

Jonasson has filed a lawsuit against the actor, accusing him of intentional infliction of emotional distress, wrongful termination, a hostile work environment, and retaliation, among other charges.
The legal action asserts that Jonasson kept silent for many years due to a nondisclosure agreement she signed upon her hiring by One Race.
