The incident is claimed to have taken place after Diesel entertained nightclub hostesses he had invited back, with Jonasson asked to wait for the actor during the gathering.
The lawsuit further alleges that shortly after the purported incident, Samantha Vincent, Diesel’s sister and president of his entertainment company One Race, contacted Jonasson to terminate her employment.
The lawsuits says, “It was clear to her that she was being fired because she was no longer useful – Vin Diesel had used her to fulfill his sexual desires and she had resisted his sexual assaults.”
