While growing up as 90’s kids, we didn’t have many choices. Except to watch everything that came on Television. And it was nothing like these dumb cartoons nowadays that they are forced to endure. There was some amazing stuff to watch. Here is the list of some animated TV shows that prove that the ’90s were the golden age of cartoons. Let’s check it out:

Duck Tales

Technically the show stopped airing in 1990. But in the early 2000s, Indian kids got to enjoy it and it was damn good and hilarious. Well, I hope you all remember the iconic theme song of the show.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

This show is practically made of turtles and it was way too cool. Donatello, Michaelangelo, Raphael, and Leonardo were the best superheroes while growing up. These were the geeks who made it look amazing.

Samurai Jack

Jack was an unnamed Samurai who was sent to the dystopian future after defeating the ultimate evil Aku which was ruled by the shape-shifting demons. Each episode was so engrossing that it made you glued to the edge of your seat.

Batman: The Animated Series

This is the best adaptation of the Batman show. The show revolves around the Dark Knight of the comics with some relatable characters and villains. This show dealt with some very powerful sentiments.

Powerpuff Girls

Rugrats

Dexter’s Laboratory

Animaniacs
