You may not always agree with the cops, but their social media game has become quite good over the years. They take an equal part in savagery, clapbacks, and memes. Recently, a Twitter user asked Mumbai Police a question that which color of a sticker he should use to meet his girlfriend in the covid-19 curfew.
@MumbaiPolice what sticker should I use in order to go out and meet my girlfriend? I miss herđ

To this Mumbai Police gave the perfect reply and wrote, “We understand itâs essential for you sir but unfortunately it doesnât fall under our essentials or emergency categories! Distance makes the heart grow fonder & currently, you healthier.” Further, Mumbai Police wrote in its assuring response. âWe wish you a lifetime together. This is just a phase.”

Mumbai Police decided to use color-coded stickers to differentiate and control traffic during covid-19 curfew. The Twitter handle of the cityâs police department has been flooded with calls for clarification and SOS messages. And, Mumbai Police has been doing its best to respond to the public’s query. However, after this combination of class and sass, the netizens appreciated the banter.
Well said and perfectly reply #StayHomeStaySafe
