Katrina previously addressed the challenging scene, emphasizing the unique aspects of the hand-to-hand combat set within a steamy hammam. In a Yash Raj Films statement, she pointed out the challenges presented by the steam, turning gripping, fending, and delivering punches and kicks into a demanding feat.

Also, Katrina noted the unprecedented nature of a fight sequence featuring two women on the Indian screen. Meanwhile expressing her enthusiasm for daring action sequences, she credited the franchise for consistently providing opportunities to elevate the intensity. Interestingly, in her role as Zoya, the audience witnesses a portrayal of a woman with combat skills matching those of a man.

She said, “It was a difficult sequence to shoot because it has hand-to-hand fighting inside a steamy hammam. [Due to the steam], gripping, fending, and landing the punches and kicks was a challenge. I don’t think there has been a fight sequence like this featuring two women on screen in India.”

“I love doing risky action sequences, and this franchise has always given me the opportunity to take things several notches higher. [In] Zoya, the audience gets to see a woman who can fight as well as a man,” she added.
