Do you remember the last time you saw Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt together on-screen? It was almost two decades ago in 2001, that they did an episode of Friends together. Well, we can’t say that the episode they did was done together, because Rachel was a long time enemy of Will, played by Brad Pitt.
And now after a gap of 2 decades, we might get an opportunity to see both the stars coming together on a single platform. We all know how things ended up between the two in 2005 and since then there have been many rumors all over the internet involving Brad, Jennifer, and Anjelina Jolie.
But recently, both the actors have agreed to take part in a read-through of ‘Fast Times at Ridgemont High’ for charity. Aimed at raising cash for the emergency relief organization, CORE, the read-through is a part of Dane Cook’s Feelin’ A-Live benefit.
For those who don’t know, ‘Fast Times at Ridgemont High’ is a 1982 romcom originally starring Jennifer Jason Leigh, Sean Penn, and Judge Reinhold in the lead roles.
It was at the beginning of 2020, that the ex-couple was coincidentally seen together at the SAG Awards 2020 after winning their awards at the show. If you believe the rumors, then some say they are back together. But, there was no confirmation for the news. However, it was not surprising for the world when Brad reportedly attended Jennifer’s 50th birthday bash. So does the virtual meet mean something or is it just the charity they care about?
As per reports, Morgan Freeman, Julia Roberts, and Matthew McConaughey will join Aniston and Pitt as they recite the 1982 hit film.
Evidently, CORE was set up by actor Sean Penn and in a recent press statement, Sean stated, “On behalf of our dedicated team at CORE, I’m so appreciative of the support Dane has given and continues to give to our work. I’m always game for a giggle. So to gather remotely for a night of laughs with so many talented folks while providing CORE with much-needed resources to continue our vital work — then consider us fully onboard to play!”
When quizzed about which character he will be playing, Penn concluded by saying, “I’m very confident in the new guy.”

Matthew Perry is now 51 years old and still hasn’t lost his sarcasm and humour. Did you notice him in any of his recent videos? He can’t stop being Chandler all the time. Actually, he is Chandler by nature. It seems like, he never had to act in Friends rather he was just being him always. We can never imagine Friends to be a hit if there was no Chandler in it. He is like the salt to meat, if you know what it means you know how important it is.
Most of the Friends Fans love Chandler and there are numerous reasons to love him. Let’s discuss some points that make him the most loved character in Friends.
Well, the simplest answer to the question would be, we love Chandler because we are so obsessed with his sarcasm and comedy. We can’t get over his jokes and the way he cracked them. But that’s not all, there are things that make him the best and the most lovable.
Chandler’s friendly and helpful nature.
Chandler is the guy you can turn to when you want some help and he will be there for you. He has always been so supportive to Joey and without asking for anything in return. He is good to everyone and never has any hard feelings for anyone except for Richard though. It’s tough to find a cute guy who can be so kind and friendly. Sometimes, he may be awkward while meeting someone new but once he gets along with them he can be the best guy to hang out with. So a friendly and helpful nature is always to enough to love someone, isn’t it?
Chandler loves commitments!
He kept on reminding himself that he is afraid of commitment but in reality, he is made for relations and commitment. He can never be ok with flings in relations, rather he looks for something more permanent and lasting. Remember the time when he found a really hot girl who had a husband and maybe two boyfriends apart from Chandler? He could have been with her for a few more days or months but his conscience didn’t allow him to do that. Why? Chandler is a guy whom everyone would want to make their ’Best Bud’. He cares for his friends a lot. Taking the example of Joey we know that he was like an elder brother to him. He took care of many of his expenses and helped him morally whenever needed.
There can’t be anyone like him when it comes to friendship. He even planned for a Joey Room in his new house. Who would do it for their friend? No one can ever match him in his commitment to friendship. Also, he helped others whenever needed.

His Sarcasm and Quick Wit is something no one can ever beat! He is the best in what he does and raised his level so high that no one can match it ever again. Every line he says is humorous. We are so addicted to him that even simple and genuine lines by him might seem a comic element at times.
He has a third nipple.
We don’t love him for the third nipple really, but it makes him unique from all the other friends in the show. Atleast we will have a third nipple to comment on him always! While going to Tulsa Monica didn’t move with her but Chandler was still ok with it, he knew that the job was important for Monica as well and it was like a dream for her. So he supported her and let her stay back to take the job.
Chandler accepted Monica with all her flaws.
We all know how tough it is to have a girl like Monica in life. She can be a freak at times and have crazy obsessions. But Chandler never had a problem with it, even if he did he managed to let it go than to make it an issue between them. What else do you need in your partner if he knows everything about you but still loves you a lot?
Chandler puts Monica above her.
Monica was dominating but Chandler let her take charge in most cases. He did not have much problem in letting Monica take lead because he knew it makes her happy and satisfied. He let her rule for her happiness. He even thought about Monica more than herself. So why won’t he be a perfect partner or husband in this case?
After Chandler and Monica got their twin kids the show ended and we didn’t get to see the parenthood scenes of the couple. We can just guess how it would be and what they would do with kids in their lives. Given the fact, that Chandler had a lousy character who didn’t have much father like qualities and rather was a kid himself. So do you think he would be a good father? Let’s discuss.
Chandler would be a friend.
He may not be stern and grumpy like a father is generally expected to be he won’t be a bad father. We assume he would have a very friendly and jolly relationship with his kids. The children would approach him ease be it any matter because he would be like a father to them.
Chandler would play with the kids and tell them jokes and they would have a great time together. So Chandler would not be a father but ould be a great friend to his child. And believe me, kids need it at many stages of their life.

While Rachel, Ross and Amy were fighting to know who might get Emma after Ross and Rachel it was Chandler who took a stand and showed us that he can be a strong father figure as well. So he is a perfect father in every scenario. But we are not much of a fan of his grumpy side though. We are sure Chandler would have his own ways of getting his things done. He would surely use his quick wit and amusing mind to control his kids.
Chandler’s sarcasm is unimaginable and we can’t stop imagining how well the kids would grasp the same qualities from Chandler. The kids would be the funniest in their schools and will always crack jokes to make everyone laugh. On the other hand, Monica would be really frustrated but happy with three kids (including Chandler) in the house. And it’s quite possible that the kids would be more close to Chandler than they would be to Monica.

We really think it’s something to celebrate because Friends was not only about fun and comedy, rather it taught us a lot and helped us see life differently.

Ben Geller, Son of Ross Geller With Carol
Did you know the fact that the character of Ben was played by 4 kids in total! Yes, there were 4 kids who played the part of Ben and yet we didn’t see that! To start with, the infant Ben was played by Michael Gunderson who made appearance in season 2. He was later replaced by twin toddlers Charles Thomas Allen and John Christopher Allen in Season three to five but they too didn’t make a career in acting after Friends.
The final part of Ben where he has become mischievous was played by Cole Sprouse. He is the one who stayed in the acting business and has made a great career. After Friends, Cole appeared in Disney Channel’s sitcom, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody from 2005 to 2008. He played the part of Cody and Jack was played by his Twin brother, Dylan. Later after the show, he was also part of the spin-off named The Suite Life on Deck until 2011. But today in 2020 he is a grown-up and looks completely different from what we remember of him from Friends.
If you have seen Riverdale then you might have noticed Ben over there too. He surely has grown up from what we remember from Friends but he has grown up the right way. Now we are looking at a handsome lad who can make girls go crazy for her!
Leslie Buffay, Chandler Buffay, Frank Buffay Jr. Jr. – Phoebe’s Triplets
Phoebe had a great time being pregnant and she was really dangerous with her hormones talking during that period. She acted as a surrogate mother for her brother Frank Jr. Anyways, all the pain was worth it when we saw the three kids in their life. The kids were cute though tough to manage. Phoebe’s brother was so exhausted with those kids but loved all of them and why not, when they are so adorable!
In the episode, ‘The One With Joey’s Porsche’, we see them as little kids draped in their diapers. So how do they look now?
Well, the adorable kids are no more kids. They have grown up and now they look better than we can ever imagine. You would be amazed to know that the triplets were actually played by quadruplets: Alexis, Cole, Justin and Paul Cimoch. In the picture below you can see them at their graduation in 2017.
Again we see the triplets in the episode named ‘The One Where Ross Is Fine’ where Dante Pastula acts as Frank Buffay Jr. Jr., Sierra Marcoux plays the part of Chandler, and Allisyn Ashley Arm plays the role of Leslie.
Out of the three kids, Pastula continued his journey and appeared in ‘The Polar Express’ (2004) as a little boy, Moshe in Ablution (2007) and also appeared as a kid, in the end credits of the movie, Arctic Tale(2007).
Allisyn Ashley Arm is now an American actress, writer, artist, and director as well. She is best known for her part in “Sonny with a Chance” as Zora Lancaster and was also a part in its spin-off named, “So Random!” and Heather on NBC’s “A.P. Bio”. In total, she is a part of more than 30 films and web series.
After Friends, Sierra Marcoux was seen thrice in the following: “The Poughkeepsie Tapes” as Jennifer Gorman in 2007, “Ablution” as Rivka in 2007 and she also played Sally in “He’s a Bully, Charlie Brown” (2006).

Emma Geller Green – Daughter Of Rachel And Ross
Emma was a cute little girl in the show who loved taking long naps even on her birthday. You surely remember the episode where the six Friends were waiting to celebrate Emma’s birthday but she was busy napping. And Rachel insisted that instead of waking her up they shoot videos for her which she can enjoy once she is a grown-up. Chandler had a hilarious dialogue which he said in his own sarcastic tone, “Hi Emma, it’s the year 2020. Are you still enjoying your nap?”
Turns out, Emma did wake up from her nap and replied to her Uncle Chandler. She took to Instagram to reply and people really enjoyed it. She also posted her pic with the reply and some Instagram users couldn’t help saying she had striking similarities to Rachel Green!
Actually, Emma was played by two little girls, Noelle and Cali Sheldon. It’s obvious that you couldn’t figure out how and when these two girls interchanged the role. Even today, it’s hard to tell the difference! But we managed to bring both her Instagram Accounts for you to follow. You have already seen Noelle replying to Chandler and now have a look at the equally beautiful Cali Sheldon:
Noelle Sheldon has done many short films, appeared in a few TV Series and more. Recently in 2019, she appeared in “Us” to play the part of Lindsey Tyler / Nix. She also appeared in “Life” Tv Series as Darcy Gibney in 2007.
Even Cali Sheldon appeared as Becca Tyler / Io in “US” in 2019. She was also a part of “Life” Tv Series as Darcy Gibney. It seems the two girls go along for all the interviews! Anyways they have grown up to be so beautiful and even more adorable than they were as kids.
Jack and Erica Bing – Monica and Chandler’s Adopted Kids
These two kids didn’t have much role in the series and unfortunately, if you are wondering who these kids were, then we are sorry to say that we can’t tell that yet. There’s not much info on these two as they were played by sets of many twins. The show didn’t credit the kids on the show so it makes really difficult for us to identify them. Even Friends Wiki Fandom has not listed the names of the babies who portrayed Jack and Erica.
But there’s a fun fact related to the babies. The scene where the babies were born, Jack was played by a baby girl! It’s a matter of identity crisis for the poor child! Anyways, CHandler and Monica would have been really great parents but we couldn’t witness that on the show. Such a pity for us!
Mackenzie – the young girl at the house that Monica and Chandler bought.
Here’s the smarty pant from the show! Mackenzie did not play a major role in the show but her appearance was hilarious. She tricked Monica and Chandler to believe that the house they were about to buy was haunted. And smartly overpowered Joey. At around 10 Dakota Fanning played the part and nailed it hard.
Dakota is very well known in movies and has some great ones in her portfolio! She did movies like Man on Fire alongside Denzel Washington, The Twilight Saga, Charlotte’s web, The Runaways and more. In 2019, Dakota portrayed criminal Squeaky Fromme, best known as the Manson girl in Quentin Tarantino’s movie Once Upon a Time in Hollywood alongside Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie and Leonardo DiCaprio, Tim Roth, Kurt Russell, and Al Pacino.
Owen – The Child Whom Chandler His Cracked Adoption News
Accepting the fact of adoption is sometimes difficult for kids and on top of it, if it comes from some random stranger then it becomes even more difficult. In Friends. we see Chandler cracking the news of Owen’s adoption to him in a very unpleasant way.
You might have seen the child even after Friends in Spy Kids. The current news state that he is engaged to Meghan Trainor. Well, Owen was played by Daryl Sabara who has grown up to be a handsome man now.
Lisa Kudrow is well known for her weird and freaky character in Friends, Phoebe. No one can deny the fact that she was cute though in a bit weird way but we all love her for what she is.
For a true Friends Fan seeing the Friends’ Characters on social media or on an interview is a pleasure. They can spend hours listening to their stories from the show and more surprising is the fact that every day there’s something new to explore.
Lisa Kudrow once appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live. She was at her office while talking on the live show, and she shared a short and cute story about a gift she received from the sets of Friends. Also more interesting is the fact that Matthew Perry gave that gift to her!

If you haven’t located anything familiar yet, then try finding a clock that shows us the Cookie time! The Cookie Time clock is not actually a clock, rather it’s a cookie jar from Monica’s apartment. Yes, you read it right! The Cookie jar is an item from Monica’s apartment. You might have noticed it in several episodes and is a permanent fixture in Monica’s kitchen.
Lisa revealed it to us on Jimmy Kimmel Live that Matthew Perry presented her the cookie jar from the set of Friends after the series wrapped up in 2004. Well, it turns out that the cast had an internal joke going on which involved the Cookie Jar and Phoebe. And Matthew as hilarious he always is, tried to crack up everyone by gifting Lisa with the Cookie Jar.
It happened once that Lisa had a scene where she had to announce that she was late and had to point at her watch while saying it. But while recording the shot Lisa realised she was not wearing her watch and had no time to stop the shot, so she thought better to improvise the scene by pointing at a watch. But as it turns out, it was the Cookie Jar she pointed at and that became an internal joke for the whole cast.
While narrating the incident to Kimmel, these were her words, “That was the wrap gift he gave me. We were laughing hysterically and crying, because it was the end. It’s funny to us because—do you want to hear why? We’re shooting a scene, years before we were finished, and my line was ‘Ooh! I better get going,’ like, ‘Oh, I’m late! I better get going!’ Except I didn’t have a watch, and we were shooting it when I realized it was too late—when I realized, I don’t have a watch. How do I know ‘Ooh, I have to get going’? So I just, as the words were coming out, I go, ‘Oh good, there’s a clock’ and I gestured to that [pointing to the cookie jar behind her] and said, ‘Ooh, look at the time, I better get going.’ And Matthew said, ‘Did you point to the cookie jar and say, ‘Look at the time’?”
So that is how she got the Cookie Jar sitting right in her office which we see in the Live video. It’s not that they were allowed to take anything they want from the set and so the moment Lisa received it from Matthew she did this, “I think the first thing I asked was, ‘This is so nice, did you get permission?’ because they were, I mean, my car used to get searched every night when I left,” she said.
Apart from the Cookie Jar from Friends, she also showed us her Friends bobblehead keepsakes that have all the six characters but none of them looks like them. Regardless of everything, it’s a proud thing she owns and keeps in her office. Unfortunately, Ross in the bobblehead collection has a broken arm, maybe because Phoebe had another bad dream about Ross and broke it herself!

David’s character in Friends gave him success like no one can imagine but it was not an easy phase of his life. He earned his fame in such a short duration that it became difficult for him to cope up with it and eventually it resulted in the loss of many relationships.
David opened up about his situation when he said, “It was pretty jarring and it messed with my relationship to other people in a way that took years, I think, for me to adjust to and become comfortable with.” On the Awards Chatter podcast in 2016, he also said, “It made me want to hide under a baseball cap and not be seen.” Striking a balance between work and celebrity was “tricky,” he added. “I was trying to figure out: How do I be an actor in this new world, in this new situation? How do I do my job?”
During this difficult phase of his life did David also loose relations in work? We don’t know it yet but it sounds possible.
After the success of Friends, David thought of making a switch in his career by getting into the shoes of a director. His directorial debut was with the British-American comedy Run Fatboy Run in 2007. The movie received mixed reviews but managed to do well in the box office. The movie also earned him a British Independent Film Award nomination for best debut. Later in 2010, he directed Trust, a sex abuse drama which could not do well in the box office and turned out to be a flop but managed to garner favourable reviews.
He didn’t just limit himself to movies, he even tried TV direction and his works include Growing Up With Fisher, Little Britain USA, and Joey, Matt LeBlanc’s failed Friends spin-off.
Since he moved into directing movies and TV shows, this became a reason for keeping him away from playing new characters in TV or movies.
Have you watched the movie, Duane Hopwood, it’s a drama from 2005 and was regarded as one of the strongest performance by David Schwimmer. But unfortunately, many of us haven’t watched it yet.
While the movie was out, David told The Independent, “It’s not a comedy. I play a father struggling with alcohol, divorce, and the custody of his two daughters, I’m really proud of that film, it was like a real role in a real story.”
The movie got positive reviews from many critics, Roger Ebert is one such famed critic who loved David’s performance. He Called Duane Hopwood “one of the best movies of 2005,” and also mentioned that his work was a “career-transforming performance.” Despite such positive response, unfortunately, the movie saw a limited release after premiering at the Sundance Film Festival, where it received mixed reviews.
Even after giving such great performance, David had to face defeat in a way. The movie was aimed at transforming his life and career but instead, it turned out all wrong for him.
David performed better without appearing on the screen.
The heading might seem odd but it’s true! In 2005, David voiced in the movie, Madagascar. David was behind the voice of Melman, the hypochondriac giraffe who was mostly panic-stricken. While the animated movie earned mixed reviews, but Metacritic gave it a score of 57 and The Washington Post said David was “particularly appealing” as the fan-favourite character.
The movie was kid-friendly and despite mixed reviews, it made good money and became a full-blown franchise. Since he was behind one the leads of the series alongside Ben Stiller’s lion Alex, Chris Rock’s zebra Marty, and Jada Pinkett Smith’s hippo Gloria. WE can say he did quite well in the movie and earned more fame than his other movie, Duane Hopwood.
Again in 2005, David tried a big career pivot when he made his West End debut in Neil LaBute’s comedy Some Girl(s). He said The Independent, “I’m sure there will be people … saying it’s just Ross up there. And I’ll take that … really hard actually.”
Unfortunately for him, the Daily Mail did the exact same thing when they said in their review that, “the performance he gives…is so similar to what he does on the sitcom that it barely seems worth the bother.” The update might have been really depressing for David but he was strong enough not to leave his stage performances behind. Instead, he made his Broadway debut in The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial in 2006, also appeared in Chicago’s Our Town in 2009, and went Off-Broadway with Detroit in 2012.
So with this career choice he made, it looks he didn’t much focus on movies and Hollywood.
It was in 2006, that David faced a heavy backlash on his nice-guy reputation when Aaron Tonken alleged that David demanded two Rolex watches in exchange for appearing at a charity event. David took the case to court where he filed a defamation case against Aaron and came out clear and also won $400,000 from the case. On the other hand, Aaron retracted his statements about Schwimmer and apologized and was also prisoned for five-years for fraud in an unrelated case.
When Critics questioned David’s directorial skills.
In 2008, David brought his directorial expertise to test with the premiere of Stephen Belber’s dark comedy Fault Lines. David’s work couldn’t impress the critics much and the reviews that followed were not cool at all. The New York Post recognised Schwimmer as someone who “knows a thing or two about freewheeling banter.” Whereas comments by a critic from AM New York was even worse as they said, “Based on Fault Lines … we can’t really tell whether Schwimmer has much talent as a director, We’re surprised he didn’t try something more challenging for his debut. If not much else, Schwimmer has encouraged his actors to intense their energy levels and comic timing at all costs.”
So it won’t be wrong to say that David wished to be a director and liked to experiment in this newfound direction in his career. But, as the reviews suggest, his future in it didn’t seem quite bright.
When David spoke against sexual harassment much before Hollywood.
David Schwimmer took a stand against sexual misconduct in the entertainment industry even before the Harvey Weinstein scandal came into light in October 2017. He also produced a campaign video series against sexual harassment called #ThatsHarassment.
David expressed his views during a Cosmopolitan panel where he said, “The reality is there’s still fear of retaliation [of reporting harassment on social media]. We’re trying to get at the culture and generate as much awareness, for men, as well. We just feel like men have trouble really understanding where the line is.”
No one can ever deny that David took up a really important but sensitive topic. We appreciate his move but did his outspoken stance and views came in the way of his career? He was in #ThatsHarassment campaign at a time when the big Hollywood names were not yet taken down by the #MeToo movement. We cannot say for sure but is it possible that he might have lost some great parts in movies because of his involvement in #ThatsHarassment campaign?
Let’s face it, we all know Ross Geller more than we do David Schwimmer! You are reading this article mostly because you know Ross and not because you have a thing for David. So the character he played in Friends has in some way affected his post-friends identity.
Even if you watch some of his other works then you might get a feeling like you are watching Ross Geller again. Apart from his directorial, theatre, and voice work, most other of his works have that feel. Rachel accepted Joey’s proposal! That episode was quite strange because no one expected it to happen. Accepting a proposal out of love is acceptable but doing it because you don’t have anyone else in your life is just so pathetic. It just shows us how vulnerable she was without a relationship. Contrary to the episode, we love to believe the fact that Rachel is a self-dependent woman. But this move of hers made our views question a bit.
Did she really believe she could maintain the relationship with Joey? And if yes, then how? She didn’t love him as a lover, only friendship will never make a marriage last! So it was a terrible decision by Rachel as a whole.
Three years of painting houses” and “two whole summers at T.G.I. Friday’s” is what was mentioned in Tag’s resume. If you are in charge of hiring someone. it’s a clear rejection. But Rachel somehow felt it was Ok to hire him based on the fact that he was cute and good looking. She also managed to believe that her attraction won’t be a problem. Isn’t this betrayal towards your Job and organisation that we are talking about?
Not just the decision to hire him was wrong but also the fact that she went into an affair with Tag even after getting warnings from Mr Zelner and the gang. The relationship was not so strong as they were clearly not a match. But she maintained it anyhow until her 30th Birthday.
The way she ended up things with Tag was another shocker. It was so abrupt and it was clearly sensed that she only cared about her feelings and Tag had to just accept it.
Everyone makes relationship mistakes in their early twenties, and Rachel was no exception. She knew about Barry’s relationship with her former BFF Mindy and also that they were engaged. But still, she decides to go back to Barry even after having previously confessed that she was not attracted to him. The time when she tries to break up with him but ends up having sex on his dentist’s chair was also too weird.
Rachel and Barry had a short-lived fling but it was really weird because it was like a compromise with herself she did. Another amusing thing about the plot is the fact that she got too mad at Ross with the “we were on a break” thing. Didn’t that sound a little similar to what she allowed Barry?
Leaving a man at the altar is never a great thing to do. It was not like, she didn’t get time to think and get to a conclusion. Imagine the scene when Chandler was going to do the same thing to Monica, did we not feel bad about it? The fact that we didn’t know Barry in the first episode helped us let it go so easily.
After knowing the truth about Barry we felt it was the right decision to leave him behind. But the embarrassment he had to face because Rachel ran away must have been so harsh. So we can never say Rachel did it the right way, it’s a mistake she did on her part.
It seems Rachel never does the right thing at the right time! She loved Ross and wanted to confess it to him just before he was getting married to Emily. She wanted to get those emotions off her chest, and yet she waited until the worst time possible to do it!
Ross had harboured feelings for Rachel but her appearance threw him for a loop and we know the result! Though Rachel didn’t confess her love for Ross, her appearance had done the damage already.
The ultimate debate that’s never-ending for fans is the “We were on a break” scenario. For Rachel, they weren’t on a break, despite being the one to suggest it. We know that the terms were not outlined specifically and that gave rise to all the problems.
In Ross’ defence because of the lack in a proper outline, for all he knew was that they were done. Though not the best move by Ross but Rachel too was wrong to put a break tag on the relationship and expect things would be nice forever. Rachel had every right to be hurt over his actions, but to say that he was stepping out on her when they were on hiatus wasn’t exactly fair.
On one hand, Rachel wanted to push away Ross but she also got jealous whenever he had a new girl in his life. If she was really over with Ross then she should have just moved on and let Ross live a peaceful life. Getting into his life to destroy his other relationships was not a good decision.
First, we see Julie, Ross was having a good sync with Julie, but then Rachel left a rambling message on his machine telling him she was “over him” despite not expressing any interest previously. Then there’s Bonnie, she made her so jealous that Rachel persuaded Bonnie to shave her head. Later, she admitted her feelings for Ross. And then we see Emily, where she almost dashed to stop the wedding.
If Ross wasn’t right for getting together with another woman mere hours after being on a break with Rachel. Then should she be ok with Mark inviting himself over when she was feeling low?
Rachel knew how Ross felt about Mark, though at first, that jealousy was unwarranted, eventually, it turned out that Ross’s instincts were right. The plot where Ross was calling while Mark was with Rachel was indeed painful but could have been avoided if these two had had an adult face-to-face conversation rather than assuming the behaviour of one another.
After such a dramatic and unusual wedding, Ross decides to wait for Emily at the airport to take their honeymoon trip to Greece. While Ross was waiting there, he ran into Rachel, who was waiting for her own flight home. Ross somehow asks her to join him in his Greece trip instead. And to everyone’s surprise, Rachel accepts and even boards the plane.
In the season 4 opener, Ross reunited with Rachel after she admitted to being still in love with him. However, before they got back together, Rachel gave an 18-page letter to Ross and wanted him to read it all.
As we understand, there was a huge problem in the letter as Rachel wanted Ross to take full responsibility for everything that went wrong in their relationship. On top of that, Rachel continuously used the term cheater to refer Ross and as expected, they again went into an argument or battle if you prefer to call.
When a new relationship begins it should have love and respect for each other. Both of them did mistakes in the ‘break’ thing but Rachel never accepted her fault but continuously kept reminding Ross about his mistake. Won’t you expect that when starting a new relationship, both the sides should be on the same line and respect each other than blaming each other?
Ross and Rachel had a huge history, and sometimes people fall back into something comforting and known than risking to lose it all with someone new. Having said this, do you think Rachel made a big mistake by not choosing Gavin?
Gavin respected Rachel’s career which was not missing in Ross’case. Maybe the reason was they were in the same line of work but still, he respected her work. Gavin also made an effort with her and Emma. And he was sweet enough to bring her some soup when she was sick, at least what the people at the office knew! The scene where Rachel got off the plane was too romantic and cheesy but sorry to all the Ross-and-Rachel-fans, but it was one mistake by Rachel. After the unnecessary back-and-forth between Ralph Lauren & Louis Vuitton orchestrated by Ross, Rachel decides to leave her lovely job in Paris to stay with Ross, and please note, he didn’t even try to tell her until the last second that he still had feelings for her.

Unforgettable Dialogues By Friends Cast!
#1 Monica was superb in a unique way! She was competitive and filled with energy always. Her one dialogue and the way she says it has become iconic. Friends seem incomplete without Monica shouting “I Know!”

Joey imitating Chandler is something we love a lot. It was not the only time when JOey tried to imitate his roommate Chandler. Do you remember Monica’s party where he dresses up as Chandler and did a bit of his accent! That was so perfect and hilarious that no Friends fan will forget it ever!
Well, this scene where Joey wears all clothes of Chandler while he is going commando was great. However, poor Chandler he just seemed to have a bad day in the episode.

He has made us all laugh and laugh and laugh all the time and made our lives wonderful. But, contrary to this, his life is was never so funny. He has been through really tough and hard times that are far away from his Sarcasm and Comedy. He has given 10 years of his life to Friends but even then he had his own struggle. He was famous but was lonely from within.
However hard it was for him, he successfully overcame his evil and is leading a better life now. Also, he didn’t shy away from revealing and talking about his though times. So we know what he knows and he knows that we know. So let’s explore what we know so that you know what we know!
An accident that led Matthew to his agony.
Matthew met with a jet ski accident in 1997 where he crashed in the water and that marked the beginning of his sufferings. After the crash, Perry was prescribed Vicodin to ease the pain. But, unfortunately, he got addicted to the medicine. He remembered the doctor say to him, “Here, take this.” And then he said, “I did and I felt better than I ever felt in my entire life. I had a big problem with pills and alc0hol, and I couldn’t stop.”
Matthew was never into hard-partying or anything of that sort but the medicine just got over him. And he got this addiction while he was on his shooting for Friends. Perry said, “I was on Friends from age 24 to 34, I was in the white-hot flame of fame. The six of us were just everywhere all the time. From an outsider’s perspective, it would seem like I had it all. It was actually a very lonely time for me because I was suffering from alc0holism. It was going on before Friends, but it’s a progressive disease. I wasn’t a massive party guy. I wasn’t a bull-in-a-china-shop kind of drinker.”
How Matthew Fought His Evil
Perry first visited the rehab in 1977 to try and kick his pill habit away. People, the magazine, stated that Perry stayed for 28 days at Minnesota’s Hazelden Foundation Rehabilitation Centre. And it was quite encouraging and happy for the fans to hear from Perry the next year, ”I don’t think there’s anything in the world that I can’t face, having faced that. That was the scariest thing that’s ever happened to me. You get whole new respect for yourself and life when you go through something that difficult.”
Pancreatitis Was The New Monster
Mattew made two trips to the rehab and in between the two visits, he wound up in the hospital for two weeks with acute pancreatitis and almost lost 20 pounds. Reportedly, the adverse condition was caused by both alc0hol abuse and Vicodin abuse.

Recalling the incident he later said, “In my case, it was hard living and drinking hard and eating poorly. You play, you pay. But there were no pills involved. I learned my lesson at Hazelden.”
When He Met Another Accident
Perry once crashed his Porsche into an empty house. The incident happened following his release from the hospital. Fortunately, neither any substance nor alc0hol was found in his system at the time of the accident. However, he was uninjured in the snafu.
As described by Perry later, “The irony was terrible,” it was an awful day. “I was going to hang with my father at his place outside L.A. I made the first corner around my house on these really narrow streets, saw a courier van in the middle, swerved to the right and—well, I don’t really know what happened—I crashed into this porch.”
Third Trip To Rehab
Perry headed to the rehab the third time in 2011. But this time he was not fallen, rather he was just being proactive. He said, “I’m making plans to go away for a month to focus on my sobriety and to continue my life in recovery. Please enjoy making fun of me on the world wide web.”
And this marked the time when Perry was quite determined and strong and he began striving to advocate for others who were recovering from substance and alc0hol abuse.
Perry while speaking to the lawmakers once said, “D-rug courts are the single most effective program for curing serious d-rug addicts for lifelong recovery.” He also added by saying, “Any opportunity I get to talk about d-rug courts on a one-on-one level or a much bigger level—like testifying in that scary room—I grab at because it’s just one of the few things that’s a no-brainer: it saves lives, it saves money, it’s bipartisan.”
Friends is the one series that brought him most of his fame. And he loved his part in the show. However, it’s true that Perry doesn’t remember three years of Friends as they are a little blurry for him. He once revealed in an interview with BBC that he can’t remember a big portion of the series and all because of his addiction.
He was actually asked about his least favourite episode on the show, to which Perry couldn’t reply much. Instead, he said, “Oh, my goodness! I think the answer is, I don’t remember three years of it. So none of those… somewhere between season 3 and 6.”
But, he loved Friends and his work a lot as he had a rule that made by himself that he would never get high at work. Even after being so badly addicted, he very well maintained his rule. He explained the situation as follows, “I was never high at work, I was painfully hungover.”
Perry’s House, a Rehab Centre
Matthew went beyond speaking to the lawmakers in his efforts to help people fighting their addiction. He remodelled his former four-bedroom Malibu home to help those in need in 2013.

Matthew said on Jimmy Kimmel Live, “I was reminded [of] this [by] my friend Chris Murray, who was also in the fifth grade in Canada… We both beat him up. I think he was excelling in a sport that we weren’t so it was pure jealousy.”

Shooting the scene at night on a chilly summer night was not at all easy for the cast. The water was heated, technically, but it was still pretty cold and the members stood shivering, calf-deep in that cold water. Originally, Executive Producer of Friends, Kevin S. Bright did not imagine the video as we know it today. He wanted something similar to that of REM’s 1987 hit “It’s the End of the World As We Know It (And I Feel Fine).”
The song was initially offered to the rock bands, They Might Be Giants and REM. Eventually, the part went to the kitty of The Rembrandts as Kevin was a fan of their work.

#2 Huge Salary Story
You will be shocked to know that the main cast of six friends made $22,000 per episode while they were in the first season. They received salary hike but once Ross and Rachel received an increment in pay which was more than what the other cast received.
But it was strangely great to know that the cast of six went on to negotiate for salary as a group. They pitched in for equal salary for all and received $100,000 per episode back in 1997.
By the time they reached the final season, the salary of all the six friends came up to $1,000,000 per episode.
#3 Low Budget For FRIENDS
An episode from Friends named “The One Where No One’s Ready” was filmed entirely indoors for a reason. The reason for this limitation was budget! The Friends team didn’t have enough budget to shoot the episode outside or afford other actors. So the way out was shooting indoors and keeping the characters to the six of them only.

Dark Secrets From The Lives Of Friends Cast
Jennifer didn’t invite half the cast to her wedding.
Aniston’s wedding with Justing Theroux, her second husband, was a surprise. On top of that, half of the cast of Friends were not invited to the wedding. As per reports, Matthew Perry, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer were not at the wedding.
When Matt was asked by The People about it, he replied, “If she wanted me there, I would have been there. I think she’s happy. And that’s all I care about.”
Chandler or Matthew reacted to it saying, “It was a surprise to me, as well, I wasn’t invited. So what can you do?”
Doesn’t this sound odd considering the level of the bond they share in our mind at least?
LeBlanc in an interview in 2005 admitted that he once interacted with a “sexually aggressive” stripper while on a bike road trip with five of his friends in Canada.
He told the National Enquirer, “The stripper was all over me, I was drinking, and she was crossing the line … When I realized the situation that was unfolding I felt I was being careless and irresponsible, and I had to get the hell out of there.”

Scott Howard was the ex-manager of Lisa Kudrow who sued her in the year 2008, claiming Lisa owed him residuals from when he used to manage her. Actually, it was more like, earnings from all those reruns of Friends.
The case went on for quite a long time until 2014, a jury found Lisa in breach of contract for which she had to shed over $1.6 million. But, we guess it didn’t much matter to her as she made a little more than that from a single episode of Friends in 2004.
Funny Chandler did not always have quite happy days even during the shoot of Friends! He struggled with substance abuse which led him to rehab twice even while when Friends’ success was touching its peaks.
He was quite open about his struggles and in 2013 he admitted about addiction to alcohol and pills and also sais that he couldn’t stop. Again, recently in 2016, he admitted to BBC2 Radio (via USA Today) that his addiction was so bad that it has led him to forget his filming three years of Friends series. Perry was asked to pick his favourite episode of Friends but his reply was, “I think the answer is, I don’t remember three years of it. So none of those… somewhere between Season three and six.”
Friends fans were really saddened to know that Matt’s daughter, Marina was diagnosed with cortical dysplasia, a condition which affects the brain, bones and motor skills. It would have been really tough for a father as Marina was only 11 months old at that time.
However, in the 2006s, Matt turned out to be a great father who retreated to his “Californian cattle ranch” and did everything he could to be a great father to Marina.
As a proud father, he once told The Mirror, “Spending time with her is the best thing I’ve ever done. We have a great bond and it’s the best thing in my life.” Luckily, while Marina was 11 years old, she outgrew the condition and is leading a healthy life now.
Joey in Friends was an actor by profession and seemed to be really happy with fame. But contrary to that, Matt had to face a slight darker situation with his newfound fame.
Matt said the show’s incredible success brought in a situation where he could “barely leave the house” because he felt completely burned out. He said to The Mirror, “It was a very dark time, I almost had a nervous breakdown.”
Ross Geller played by David Schwimmer after attaining fame through Friends found it quite difficult to cope with it. In 2016 David appeared on The Hollywood Reporter’s podcast, Awards Chatter, where David revealed that success wasn’t all it was cracked up to be. He said, “It was pretty jarring and it messed with my relationship to other people in a way that took years, I think, for me to adjust to and become comfortable with.”
David had an approach to acting where he used to observe other people and their life to learn new things. But with the fame he received, it became difficult for him to go unnoticed anytime. Eventually, this resulted in him to “hide under a baseball cap and not be seen.”
Courteney Cox admits her cosmetic enhancements went bad.
Courteney was irresistible in the show, she grew beautiful with every season and looked stunningly beautiful. Admit it or not, she always looked way too out the league for Chandler! Though always the best couple ever.
But currently, she looks a lot different from what she used to look. And she herself admitted to having undergone cosmetic enhancements for better but they turned out to be a bit unplanned.

Courteney said, “I grew up thinking that appearance was the most important thing. That’s kind of sad because it got me in trouble. I was trying so hard to keep up, and I actually made things worse.”
Soon after realising things weren’t going good, eventually, Cox got all her “fillers dissolved” and pivoted to more “natural” procedures such as dietary supplements, laser treatments and “micro-needling,” which she says is used to “strengthen your muscles.”

Rumours circulated in November 2014 that Matt cheated his long-time girlfriend, Andrea Anders at a Halloween party in Austin, Texas. In Touch (via E! Rachel has always been a fashion diva who loves to flaunt herself. We also know she loves to read a few books as well. And at work, she was very passionate.

Ross would definitely miss his dinosaurs at work! He would miss them so much, that he would order all dinosaur-related stuff available on Amazon. In fact, he would have a mini-museum at his home by the end of quarantine!
Ross would spend time reading about the stuff he likes and will often attend online meets or lectures with his palaeontologist friends. And we can only pray that he doesn’t think of playing his keyboard out of boredom, else it’s another breakup with Rachel and this time with Emma too!
Monica Cooking The Quarantine Out
We know she loves to cook and organise! Quarantine would be the perfect time when she would like to reorganise her house. And this time, she can do it with a little more Monica-perfection.
She would also make new dishes and feed everyone she can. After a few days of excessive feeding, Chandler and the kids won’t be able to cope up with her daily recipes. And given the fact, they are staying in the suburbs, Monica won’t be able to share food with apartment dwellers as well.
So eventually, she might start feeding the homeless and the needy to cope up with her cooking urge! She would be too happy to see people enjoying her food and praising her. And don’t worry about breaking quarantine rules, all safety measure will be taken care of strictly and that too Monica style!
Chandler will be busy at work, he will be seen mostly with his laptop attending meetings and doing all other office stuff online. Though he is not a “Transponster” any more, even an advertising job isn’t so easy mate!
With whatever time he has left, he would like to spend it with his kids and Monica. They would watch movies and shows together as a perfect family.
And yes, he might even think of writing down his jokes or funny stories during the quarantine. Finally, he has enough time to follow his passion right.
Joey is already a hit actor by now and is having a lavish life but a lonely one. He would be very active on TikTok where he would act to create short videos and please the girls.
The only thing missing from his life would be his constant flow of dates, because of the quarantine he can’t date anyone and bring her home. So we would see Joey online where he frequently says “How You Doing?” to every girl he chats with.
Charming as he is always and a star too, he would have plenty of women to talk to online! Apart from that, he would miss having pizza delivered to his home. And yes, he might want to read a few more encyclopedia during this time!
